I need ideas as to how to push myself more. I leave the gym not really being fulfilled.

Any suggestions?

Before you go to the gym have a goal of what you want to do and if you reach it then treat yourself with something. My treat was my favourite smoothie or my favourite protein bar. We never buy them but when we do I will only eat them if I earn it. I hope this helps!!
