My afternoon classes were cancelled and I planned on going to the gym, but I got scared and I’m doing a home workout instead. I feel more comfortable going in the morning than going during the day. If I start going to bed earlier I can wake up in time to go.

Taking your time to change and love yourself is a long and difficult process! BUT….you can do it! Not only is changing yourself a physical challenge its a mental one. Take your time to love yourself and take time to change the things you want to change. Its all about perseverance!
